Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number.
